Sumerian

Sumerian is perhaps the world’s oldest language. It is a language which would have been familiar to Abraham before he left Ur of the Chaldees.

It has the distinctive Cuneiform structure which is a common feature of most of the languages in that era and locality. Understanding this ancient language opens a valuable door of scholarship and helps us understand life in ancient Mesopotamia

It also gives insight into many words of doubtful meaning. By looking at ancient words, we can often arrive at a meaning.
