The Bible Master course encourages students to memorize passages of the Bible as well as giving knowledge about the major divisions of the canon.
The course also looks at the different genres of scripture; how to read the bible literally but also literature-ly. The scriptures use allegory, poetry, narrative, and many other devices to convey the truth of God’s word. Learning to distinguish these genres helps to bring the correct understanding and avoid errors.
