Biblical Hebrew

Biblical Hebrew is the language of the TANAK or the Old Testament bible.
By learning Biblical Hebrew, the student will be able to engage with the real meaning of the text in the original language.

Having understood the essentials of Hebrew, the student will begin to appreciate the literary aspects of the language such as assonance, alliteration, onomatapoiea as well as rhyme, figures of speech and parallelism.
This will help to bring to life many seemingly obscure passages of scripture.
